About Kings Bay

Kings Bay's 8 buildings were constructed in the 1970s, in attractive gardens around the canal leading to Xanadu beach.
​
Decisions on it's upkeep are taken by an elected,
voluntary Board of Directors (BOD). Until our March 2025 Annual General Meeting they are:

  • Mr Larry Hall - President 

  • Ms Jo Henneberg - Secretary

  • Mr Rocco Fazzolari 

​

Our team supports the BOD to ensure the smooth running of community business. They can be contacted in the office on the left, as you come through the gate or via phone and email. 

​

If you live at Kings Bay and would like to volunteer your skills to the community from as little as an hour upwards, please email the office at kingsbaycondos@gmail.com.

BYLAWS 

Our Community is managed with reference to our own byelaws registered at the Registry of Records and also the Law of The Bahamas of Property and Conveyancing (Condominium) Act 1965, Chapter 139. These are designed to make for a happy and harmonious Community. Additionally, we have a complaints procedure for owners and tenants actioned by contacting the office at kingsbaycondos@gmail.com or by asking to speak directly to a board member if preferred.
